“Our trip to Fredericksburg in early February, 2007 was so special and it was made complete by our stay at The Magnolia House. Claude and Lisa Saunders are perfect hosts and their lovely home is comfortable and tastefully decorated. We can't say enough about Claude's delicious gourmet breakfasts; the table setting, presentation and the expertly prepared breakfasts were fabulous. The American Beauty Room was beautifully decorated and met all of our needs. We have stayed in several B&B establishments and this ranks at the top.”
