Accommodations at the Magnolia House Bed and Breakfast in Fredericksburg, TX are some of the finest the Texas Hill Country has to offer. With a total of four guest rooms to choose from, we're quite confident you will be able to find one that meets your needs.

Each of the rooms and suites at the Magnolia House B&B in Fredericksburg, TX are spotless and well appointed with high quality linens, fluffy towels, signature toiletries, a hairdryer, and luxurious spa robes. Each one is elegantly decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind, and each room is individually temperature controlled.

There are a total of four guest rooms to choose from. Three of them are spacious suites with separate sitting areas. All guest rooms are relaxing and inviting with tasteful decor. Each of our guest rooms have their own private bath complete with tub and shower. Several of the rooms have antique soaking tubs where you can unwind after a busy day with a lavender-scented bubble bath. The Magnolia Suite and the Bluebonnet Suite are adjoining rooms and are a great option for a group of ladies, families or couples traveling together. Whether you're coming to Fredericksburg for romance, a relaxing getaway with friends and family, a ladies shopping spree, a cycling and hiking excursion or to experience Texas Hill Country wine tasting, music, and dining, the Magnolia House is the place to stay.

Bluebonnet Suite (Private Bath)

Our most romantic suite, perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries or a romantic getaway. This is a large first floor suite with a comfortable living area and private entrance. A romantic mural compliments the king-size bed. The private bath includes a tub/shower and pedestal sink. The American Beauty Suite (Private Bath)

A tranquil retreat, tucked away from the other guest rooms accessed by a private entrance. The bedroom of this suite features hardwood floors, a mahogany king-size bed covered with beautiful linens and an antique dressing table with mirror. The cozy sitting room has comfortable seating. The private bath features an antique claw footed tub and shower perfect for a relaxing bubble bath after a full day of shopping. Lilli Marleen Room (Private Detached Bath)

A luxurious, inviting suite, tucked away from the other guest rooms as it occupies the entire upstairs floor of the Magnolia House. Tasteful wall and window treatments compliment the king-size bed and its elegant bedspread. Ornate "spider back" chairs and an antique dressing table complete the bedroom. The private American Beauty sitting room includes it's own Keurig Coffee machine, mini-fridge and TV with Spectrum TV and Netflix. The spacious private bath includes a tub/shower and a pedestal sink. MAGNOLIA HOUSE POLICIES

A grand room offering comfortable elegance. The original Master bedroom features high ceilings and beautiful, hardwood floors. This large first floor room overlooks the tranquil Koi pond and waterfall. The room includes a dresser and two comfortable chairs. A romantic, king-size iron bed is the focal point of the room. The private bath (not shared with any other guests) has a European feel and is located just outside your room. It features a deep soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Amenities include high quality linens, luxurious bathrobes, Hummingbird Farms toiletries, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV with Spectrum TV and Netflix and high-speed wireless Internet access and individual climate control. MAGNOLIA HOUSE POLICIES

Thank you for choosing to be our guest at the Magnolia House.
  • Check In/Check Out: Check In hours are between 3:00 - 6:00 PM. If you are arriving later than 6:00 PM please call or text us at 830-997-0306. Check Out is 11:00 AM.
  • Smoking: Smoking is only permitted on our outdoor porches and patios. A charge of $150 will be added to the bill of any guest who smokes inside the Magnolia House.
  • Minimum Stay: There is a two night minimum stay.
  • Children: The Magnolia House welcomes children over 16.
  • Pets: Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets.
  • Additional Guests: All rates are based on double occupancy, no additional guests allowed.
  • Reservations: A one night deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment on arrival.

Cancellations:

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly.

  • Any cancellation is subject to a $50.00 processing fee per room. If notice is not received 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the one nights' room rental deposit. Day of arrival cancellations are treated as no-shows and the full stay amount is due.
  • No shows are charged the full amount of their reservation.
  • Whole House Reservations: Whole House reservations require one nights deposit for all rooms and full payment 15 days before arrival. Any cancellation made 30 days or more prior to arrival date is subject to a $50.00 processing fee per room. For cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival date, the full pre-payment amount will be forfeited.
  • Wine and Dine Package Cancellation: You may cancel your wine tour or reduce the number in your party up to 72 hours prior to the tour date. Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour, or failure to show up, will result in the full amount being charged based on the number in the reservation. This policy also applies to partial cancellations.

  • Please note that our cancellation policy is NOT dependent on the cause or reason for the cancellation. We are unable to be responsible for elements such as bad weather; flight delays or flight cancellations; illnesses or injuries; family, pet or work emergencies; pandemics and natural disasters; or even the most unfortunate of unexpected events, a death. Please be aware that you have the option of purchasing "trip insurance" that could protect you from the costs incurred due to an unforeseen cancellation. There are many suppliers of trip insurance and they are easily found on the Internet or often times, through your credit card provider.
