Each of the rooms and suites at the Magnolia House B&B in Fredericksburg, TX are spotless and well appointed with high quality linens, fluffy towels, signature toiletries and luxurious spa robes. Each one is elegantly decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind.

There are a total of five guest rooms to choose from. Two of them are spacious suites with separate sitting areas and private entrances. The other guest rooms are relaxing and inviting with tasteful decor. Each of our guest rooms have their own private bath complete with tub and shower. Several of the rooms have antique soaking tubs where you can unwind after a busy day with a lavender-scented bubble bath.

For your enjoyment a library of DVDs, books and games is provided as well as cable TV, DVD players, alarm clocks and free WiFi.

The Magnolia Suite and the Bluebonnet Suite are adjoining rooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. They are a great option for a group of ladies, families or couples traveling together.
